We are a small operation with an appreciation for good animal husbandry that is based on life experiences learned at a young age. Helping granddad with his herd of registered cattle, raising show animals and attending stock shows from a young age created the desire to continue this tradition with our two sons and now grandchildren. The Angus breed helps us obtain the goals that we want to achieve with our herd such as low birth weight, good growth performance, fertility and maternal strength and gentle disposition. We strive to raise calves that hit the ground running with growth rate of 100 lbs. per month thru their first 12 months, that are easy on the eyes and provide an even better eating experience at the table.
